Overview – Well if you are a diehard fan of Nintendo gaming series, and you have also played Pokemon Pearl and Diamond to death before, then you’re at the right place. Because you don’t have to wait any longer for the new release from the Nintendo gaming camp, as they recently launched Pokemon Platinum. Your wait is over because it finally in stores now. The game goes on as it used to in the earlier version, you will have to move on in the game with Pokemons, while fighting and battling out with other characters and your opponents in the game. Nintendo Developers haven’t made huge amount of changes in the new version, as Earlier Pokemon DS game play, Appearance and Adventures remains same. There are still few changes and add-on they have added to make it look new, but this game still worth every dime spent, because you don’t want to miss those adventurous Pokemon moves and battles.
Game Play – Even though game Play, Stages and story is same but its developers have changed the atmosphere, visual effects and backgrounds a lot and more than expected. In the earlier version it was bright sunny down town location where u had to battle, but in this new release they have created distortion town with cold and dark visual appearance. For those who were expecting drastic changes in the new version, it could be a bit more disappointing, because game play and presentation hasn’t been changed much from the previous version. As a player you will be roaming around the sinnoh region in a 3D perspective and battle around with other character and opponents and later on distortion world will get into the game play.
Critics – As a Pokemon adventure fan, I was expecting a lot more from Nintendo developers with this release, but they have disappointed me with the same old fashioned presentation and game play, with the dark distortion world in the end of the game. I would rate it as 5 out 10, just because I love Pokemon, but nothing for the game this time; hope to see some new stuff from the next release.
